Overview

Real Time PCR NRTP-500 supports a 96-well sample capacity for efficient high-throughput testing. It accommodates reaction volumes ranging from 10 to 50μl for flexible assay setup. This unit uses an electronic, automatic heated lid to ensure consistent and secure sample sealing. It achieves fast heating rates of up to 6°C/s for rapid thermal cycling. Our PCR system enables multiplex detection of five fluorescent dyes in a single well for detailed data collection.
